Every meal served at UCH–C is prepared under the supervision of the hospital’s executive chef. The hospital's dietitians provide a wide variety of nutrition services to patients by providing nutrition education, offering assistance to patients having difficulty eating and helping patients on tube feedings or IV nutrition.
